The Inclusive Design team we have formed to initiate products from DeHeat have the right blend of skills to develop and exploit this new technology. IDL have established good relations with the Cambridge Graphene Centre (CGC) as well as the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), Coventry and the Centre for Process Innovation (CPI), Sedgefield. Both the MTC and CPI are UK-based technology innovation centres and part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult. Cambridge has pioneered the science and technology of graphene since 2004. It also has over 30 years know-how and pioneering activities in the field of carbon nanotechnology, large area and flexible electronics. Cambridge is at the core of the UK and EU investments for graphene engineering.

We provide picnic benches and outdoor cooling for people who use wheelchairs. There is definitely a need for disabled, easy access outdoor furniture. All made robustly to take the knocks from wheelchairs and manufactured from sustainable wood from environmentally friendly sources. They also need to make the user feel inclusive.
